1. Nothing
is out of reach. Not even the smarties on the top shelf of the pantry. The
trick is to persevere and be creative. (I
find using my pushchair as a portable stepladder does the trick). You, too, can
reach the top shelf.
2. Even
if you have the right keys to the front door, it is no guarantee that you will
be able to open it. Sometimes you need the help of others to get through the
door.
3. Share
your toys. If you give freely, it is far more likely that other people will
share their toys with you.
4. Other
people don’t always share their toys. There is nothing you can do about this.
5. Size
does not stop you from achieving what you want. See point 1. Be creative and
persevere.
6. Own
up to your misdeeds straight away. Don’t try and hide the evidence - it will be
uncovered. (It’s hard to tell people you did not eat all the smarties when you
have chocolate on your chin).
7. Sometimes
it’s good to sit back and peep at people through your fingers. This is a bit
like using online social networks. Just remember that you are still visible.
8. Build
muscle. You never know when it will come in handy. It makes things a lot easier
if you have the right skills.
9. Don’t
be a bully. No-one likes to be shouted at. People are really less likely to
give you what you want if you are nasty.
10. Do
what you love. Do it often. Me, I like candy. Remember. Nothing is out of
reach.
